LAST LIGHT, 2009 - 2010 
Continuing my interest in the quality of light, this study of the last light of the day focuses on the horizon during that short time after the sun sets when the sky still shows the echoes and traces of the passing daylight.

THROUGH THE VIEWFINDER (TtV), 2007 - 2008
TtV (Through the Viewfinder) photography involves using a contraption made from a vintage TLR type camera and a light proof tube.
To create the final photograph, one shoots through the contraption, recording what the TLR viewfinder sees with a digital camera.
The final picture in this gallery shows my own handmade TtV contraption.

HALCYON DAYS, 2007 - 2009
This body of work consists of digitally collaged photographs and paintings. Nostalgia for the family holidays of my childhood are my primary inspiration, further inspiration and visual reference comes from the Impressionistic Photography movement.
It is full of dreamy vintage styled reminiscences of bygone times.

Most of my Polaroids are taken on my trusty 240 Land Camera. I am a fan of shooting on expired peel apart film.
My favourite films are Type 669 and Type 125i.
